    Product Marketing

Make the product clear to the people who should buy it.

A capable product can still stall when buyers cannot tell who it is for or why it matters. Product marketing settles those questions before money goes into a launch.

It establishes the audience, the value, the positioning, and the path customers take to discover, evaluate, and adopt the product.

    What it answers

Five questions every launch depends on.

    1. 01

      Who is it for?

The primary audience, the job they need done, and what they use today instead.

    2. 02

      Why does it matter?

The value proposition stated in the buyer's terms, with the evidence that supports it.

    3. 03

      How is it positioned?

Where it sits against alternatives, and what it should not be compared to.

    4. 04

How do customers find and evaluate it?

The path from first exposure through demo, trial, or proposal.

    5. 05

      How do customers adopt it?

Onboarding and release communication that turns a purchase into regular use.

    Engagements

A defined sprint, or ongoing monthly support.

Most teams start with the sprint. Fractional support suits teams that already have positioning and need someone to carry launch, enablement, or adoption work forward.

    Product Positioning Sprint

    Starting at $1,997

A defined sprint that establishes who the product is for, why it matters, and how to say so.

    Starting scope

    • One product
    • One primary audience
    • One discovery workshop
    • Focused competitive review
    • Positioning and value proposition
    • Core messaging
    • One consolidated revision

    Separate from this scope

    • Extensive primary research
    • Additional audiences
    • Brand identity
    • Production of a full website or campaign

    Fractional Product Marketing

    Starting at $3,000/month

Ongoing product marketing focused on one agreed workstream each month.

    Starting scope

    • One product
    • One agreed monthly workstream
    • Two working sessions
    • Up to 15 delivery hours per month, including meetings

    Separate from this scope

    • Every workstream every month
    • Campaign production and paid media
    • Brand identity

Workstreams may include positioning, launch planning, demo narrative, sales enablement, onboarding, or adoption communication. Hours include meetings. Overage requires a separate agreement, and unused hours do not roll over.

Need to decide what to build before deciding how to sell it?

That is product management. The Roadmap Sprint sets priorities and requirements, and it pairs naturally with positioning work. Each is scoped and priced on its own.

    Questions

How is this different from a marketing agency?
Cellara does not run campaigns or buy media. Product marketing produces the decisions campaigns depend on: audience, positioning, messaging, launch plan, and adoption approach.
What do we receive from the Positioning Sprint?
A written positioning and value proposition for one product and one primary audience, core messaging your team can use, and one consolidated revision after your review.
Does the sprint include customer research?
It includes a discovery workshop and a focused competitive review. Extensive primary research, such as a structured customer interview program, is scoped separately.
How does fractional product marketing work month to month?
Each month you agree on one workstream, such as launch planning or sales enablement. Two working sessions and up to 15 delivery hours are included, meetings counted. Unused hours do not roll over.
Can you build the website or campaign afterward?
Websites are available as a separate scoped project. Full campaign production is outside these engagements.
