    Product Management

Decide what to build, in what order, and why.

When a capability becomes a product, someone has to own the customer problem, the priorities, and the release decisions. Without that owner, teams build busily in several directions at once.

Cellara works in partnership with your delivery team to define the problem, set priorities, write requirements, and make release decisions.

    Clear boundaries

    What product management is not.

    • It is not engineering.

Cellara does not write production code. Your delivery team builds.

    • It is not project coordination.

Tracking tasks is useful, but product management decides which tasks matter and why.

    • It is not a guarantee of fit.

A roadmap organizes the best current evidence. Customer validation is a separate step.

    Engagements

A defined sprint, or ongoing weekly partnership.

The sprint produces decisions your team can act on. Fractional support keeps those decisions current as the product ships.

    Product Roadmap Sprint

    Starting at $2,997

A defined sprint that turns what you know today into prioritized, buildable decisions.

    Starting scope

    • One product
    • Review of existing product materials
    • Up to three stakeholder interviews
    • A prioritized roadmap
    • Requirements and acceptance criteria for the top three initiatives
    • A handoff discussion with your team

    Separate from this scope

    • Validated customer research
    • Engineering or design production
    • Initiatives beyond the top three

Stakeholder interviews capture internal knowledge. They are not a substitute for customer research, and a roadmap does not establish product-market fit.

    Fractional Product Management

    Starting at $4,000/month

Ongoing product management alongside one delivery team.

    Starting scope

    • One product
    • One delivery team
    • Weekly planning
    • Prioritization
    • Requirements
    • Release coordination
    • Up to 20 delivery hours per month, including meetings

    Separate from this scope

    • Engineering
    • Extensive design production
    • Unlimited execution

Hours include meetings. Overage requires a separate agreement, and unused hours do not roll over.

Clear on what to build, but not on how to explain it?

That is product marketing. The Positioning Sprint defines audience, value, and messaging. Each engagement is scoped and priced on its own.

    Questions

What do we receive from the Roadmap Sprint?
A prioritized roadmap for one product, requirements and acceptance criteria for the top three initiatives, and a handoff discussion with your team.
    Who is interviewed?
Up to three internal stakeholders, such as leadership, sales, and delivery. Their input is valuable, but it is not validated customer research.
How does fractional product management work?
Cellara works with one delivery team on one product: weekly planning, prioritization, requirements, and release coordination, within up to 20 hours a month including meetings.
What happens if we need more hours?
Additional hours require a separate written agreement before the work happens. Unused hours do not roll over.
Do you replace our product team?
No. The work fits teams that have no product manager yet, or need structured support while they decide on a permanent hire.
